Getting the Plan to Work
A Marketing Strategy is useless without strong implementation.
Elios Marketing will ensure all systems and procedures necessary to make the Strategy a success are written, trained and trialled in practice. The teams will be coached and encouraged, and tweaks will be made to the marketing tactics each month to get the best possible results for the business.
What's Included?

Establish a 3-month rolling Marketing Plan (known as Prospector)

Introduce marketing KPI's

Establish systems and processes to deliver the marketing plan... including getting the right people in the right jobs!

Brief, educate and coach members of the team to deliver the plan (where appropriate)
5.
Control marcomms messages and campaign timings
6.
Review successes and learnings and improve every month!

A detailed, managed, budgeted monthly marketing plan for implementation.
Typical one-off Cost
£1000 PCM
including one site visit (minimum 4 month contract)
(NB When performed correctly by Elios Marketing & the client... this role will not be needed after 12 months maximum)
